Rodneikka Scott, MSC, CAE, brings nearly two decades of association management insights to the 6 Degrees of Associations Podcast this week. She currently serves as Vice President at the

She emphasizes the point that time management and being intentional with how you manage your team make you a better leader, as you will always find time to have your team come directly to you and talk with you.
